Italian - De La Salle Language CollegeItaly has been the cradle of many European cultures and peoples, such as the Etruscans and the Romans.
Later it was the birthplace of the Renaissance and also played a major role in the development of modern science and astronomy.

Italy's capital, Rome, was for centuries the center of Western civilazition. Now our days, the nation's cuisine, fashion and style is renowned all over the world.

Today, the cultural significance of Italy is reflected in the fact that it boasts by far the largest number of UNESCO World Heritage Sites in the world.

Italian is the 24th most spoken language in the world.


In the near future De La Salle secondary school and Language College will be looking to bring Italian language tuition to adults.
